What Is It: My personal coaching consists of twelve (12) sessions, each 30 minutes in duration.  This coaching is one-on-one coaching designed just for you !
Requirements: Before signing up for these sessions please email me and put personal coaching in the subject line and I will send you a questionnaire to see if we are a fit.  If we decide to go forward together I will accept your purchase at that time.
